Logistics and Manufacturing

Our global logistics are managed through two primary hubs. Our EU-based center handles all distribution for the United Kingdom and Europe, while our US-based center manages all domestic United States orders. In our commitment to quality, every formula is manufactured in Latvia, EU.

Shipping & Logistics

We offer free shipping on order over £65. All orders are dispatched via tracked services to ensure a secure journey. Upon fulfillment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Dispatch Schedule Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

International Tax Policy

All international totals are exclusive of local customs fees and import taxes. These assessments are calculated and issued by the shipping carrier or local government; as such, Bleu Beauty cannot be held responsible for these additional costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for a fee schedule prior to purchase.

United States: All orders shipping to the US are inclusive of sales tax at checkout. No additional fees will be collected upon delivery.

Real-Time Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment from our facility to your doorstep.


What should I do if my order is damaged or lost?

If your order has been damaged during shipping or lost by the courier, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.


What information do I need to provide?

When reaching out to our support team, please include the following details:

  1. Order number

  2. For damaged products: Clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.

  3. Replacement address: The address where you’d like us to send the replacement products.



How long does it take to process a replacement?

In most cases, we process reshipments as soon as possible, within 72 hours. However, if an internal investigation is required, it may take longer.


What is the time limit for submitting a request?

  • For damaged products: You can submit a request within 5 days after delivery.

  • For lost orders: Requests must be submitted within 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
