Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Due to strict public health and hygiene standards, all face, body, hair, and makeup items can only be accepted for a refund if they are completely unopened, unused, and remain sealed in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Fees

Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the final refund amount.

Refund Processing and Timelines

Your refund will be initiated once your return package has been received and inspected.

The standard inspection and processing window is within 14 days of receipt. While we make every effort to process returns efficiently, please allow up to 14 days for completion during high-volume seasonal periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Upon approval, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method utilized for the purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours from the date of issuance for the funds to reflect in your account, subject to your banking institution's processing times.

Bleu Beauty is not liable for any return packages that are lost or misplaced in transit. We strongly recommend utilizing a fully tracked shipping service when returning items to us.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal dislike of a product. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact our support team and provide photographic evidence of the issue for review.

To prevent the misuse or abuse of our returns policy, all returns are strictly monitored. Accounts demonstrating excessive or irregular return activity may be flagged, and we reserve the right to review, restrict, or revoke return privileges for these individuals. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
